Refunds

If your policy does not match your requirements, you have the right to cancel it within 14 days of receiving the policy documents. In excess of 24 hours notice – full refund less an administration fee of £30. Less than 24 hours notice – full refund less an administration fee of £30 or 7.5%, whichever is the greater. Once the event has started there is no refund.
